For the tenth consecutive year, BASF earned a ranking as one of the Top 50 Companies for Diversity by DiversityInc. Despite a 20% increase in companies benchmarked for this distinction, BASF retained its number 12 position on the list, consistent with 2021. BASF was also singled out this year as a Top Company for Sponsorship, a Top Company for Mentoring, a Top Company for Executive Diversity Councils, and a Top Company for Latino Executives as part of the specialty lists of company distinctions.
